What an athlete interviewed in a recent Business Week Article referred to as “the perfect sport”, rowing takes focus to develop the stroke technique and tempo that delivers aerobic intensity and a grueling total body workout. Dedicated rowers are easy to spot because their body composition reveals a person that fat forgot.
