This Natural Spectrum Light therapy Lamp is designed to emit the optimal dose of light for daily 30 minute therapy sessions. The Day Light bright light therapy box comes with adjustable legs for optimal angling and high intensity (three light) settings for a variety of light therapy sessions.
The Daylight Seasonal Affective Disorder bright light therapy lamp provides 10,000 lux light level as opposed to normal office lighting which ranges from 250 to 500 lux.
