The Stamina® 38-inch Mini Folding Trampoline is more portable than most trampolines as it can be folded down into a nifty compact size (see picture below). Perfect for use in your home, office, or take it to the gym. Measuring slightly over 3 feet across in diameter and eight inches from the ground, this exercise trampoline from the company that brought you Pilates, allows you to gain a progressive "Rebounding" workout program, even when you're in your RV on the road.
With a “Rebounding” program, you can avoid “impact” as much as 87 percent. As you advance in stamina, add dumbbells or weights for a more comprehensive cardiovascular and skeletal workout. Exercising with trampolines is ideal for people with knee and back problems and valuable in building bone mass, thus helping to prevent osteoporosis. The gravity, thrust and inertia helps to alter your body’s weight without joint stress and the periods of feeling weightless are just plain fun!
